GEM Mouth Vacuum Sealer Kit
Keep your food fresh longer by pulling air out of the mason jars and preserving the freshness of your sauces, mustards, jams, grains, nuts, and more.
Instructions:
- Place the lid on the top of the Mason jar.
- Push the jar sealer down firmly until it covers the entire rim of the jar.
- Manual Pump or use Sealing Machine
Directions:
Option A: Use with a manual vacuum pump.
Note: 1: Align the hole of the manual vacuum pump with the hole of the jar sealer and keep them tightly fitted.
2: After 5–20 pumps, you will feel it is difficult to pump; the sealing process is complete
Option B. Use with a vacuum sealing machine.
Note: 1. Rotate and firmly insert the accessory hose connector and adapter hose(not included).
2: Tightly connect each hole to form an airtight space.
3: Start the vacuum sealing machine; it will stop automatically when it is finished.
4: Remove the hose connector and jar sealer from the Mason jar. The sealing process is complete.
Notes:
Make sure that the Mason jar is not too full when vacuum sealing. Always leave at least one-inch headspace.
Make sure the jar sealer is pressed down completely, otherwise, the air in the jar cannot be pumped out well, resulting in an unsuccessful seal.
Make sure that the lid is not defective (no bulges, not bent, etc.)
Any Gem mouth mason jar lid can be used with the sealer.
Make sure there are no cracks or scratches on the edge of the Mason jar. Any gap will prevent a tight seal.
Wipe the lid to ensure it is clean and dry. Be sure that the rubber gasket of the lid is free of any food materials
Make sure that the accessory hose (not included) is firmly inserted into the accessory port on the vacuum sealing machine and the hole on the jar sealer.
To avoid accidents, please do not use a knife to remove the jar lid.

Our Standard Shipping service uses a network of trusted carriers, including UPS, Canada Post, and regional delivery partners, to provide the most efficient delivery based on your location.
Packages may be delivered on Saturdays where available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email (typically sent around 5:00 PM EST) to the email address used at checkout.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before contacting our support team.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy
ForJars Online Store Return/Refund Policy
At ForJars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it and request a refund.
Please read carefully:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@forjars.ca or call us at 250-899-9866. If your return is accepted for a refund, we will email you instructions on how to send your package back.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can address the issue promptly.
Shipping Fee for Returns
Return shipping is free only if the mistake was made on our side or if the product arrived damaged. In all other situations, including errors made by the customer during purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
